At the center of the NW area mooring is made at the piers managed by the Club della Vela and by other companies. It is advised to pay attention between the inner brush of the east pier and the south pier at the steel cables for the mooring of fishing boats that stretch with backwash. The port of Civitanova Marche is protected by three docked wharves: the north wharf, the south wharf and the east wharf (that extends the south wharf). From the east wharf it proceeds towards a brush about 90 m long. Inside the port, from the shoreline, branching out there are numerous floating piers managed by privates.
